Does your Bookkeeper have a Qualification

What is the difference between a Bookkeeper and a Bookkeeper? Looks the same?

A person can call themselves a Bookkeeper because they process information into an accounting software.

A Bookkeeper who has a qualification which could be a Cert IV Bookkeeping, has spent time studying to find out the best processes to help your business.

A Bookkeeper who is a BAS Agent has taken the next step.

They have completed specific units to become a BAS Agent, have been registered with the Tax Practitioners Board, have insurance for the work to be completed.

Most are also members of an Association where they have support of resources to help clients.
